Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, with tags, unused, and in the original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@makaio.co with your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, with a processing time of up to 10 days.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. The most efficient way to secure the item you desire is to return the product you have, and upon acceptance of the return, place a separate order for the new item.
Shipping
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, but processing times may be longer during high-volume periods. The estimated delivery time depends on both the chosen shipping option and your location. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping for an extra fee and free worldwide shipping for orders over $75 USD.

Additionally, you'll receive email notifications to keep you informed about any updates regarding the status of your order.

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed for any of our products on our website. Our gift cards do not have an expiry date, providing flexibility and convenience for your gifting needs. Please note that they are non-refundable.
